The MBEcam Raspberry Pi project was initiated to provide remote "optical" access to the most important control displays of electronic racks in our labs.

The MBEcam takes a picture every hour or by remote mouse click. Pictures are stored a week.

For intuitive usage, the Raspi uses a graphical user interface that can be accessed via remote desktop access - preinstalled on every Windows computer.

To prevent hidden supervision, a red LED blinks 15s when executing the script to take a picture.
